Join us as we work to end the maternal health crisis in America,
starting with the communities facing the greatest risk.
When you ask what we do at LunaYou, you won’t just get a job description with a list of tasks but a story that you can see yourself participating in. We are passionate and driven about ending the maternal health crisis in America. The United States has the worst maternal health outcomes of all high-income nations in the world. Our health crisis is not only a maternal health crisis but one where systemic issues compound. Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) face significantly higher rates of life-threatening complications giving birth. With these facts, we have created a cutting edge platform to help women who are pregnant and up to 3 months postpartum focus on their wellbeing through a personalized dashboard, wellbeing coaching, and an embedded community, all by remote access.
LunaYou PBC, Inc. is looking for a freelance Salesforce MVP product architect/project manager with direct experience publishing an existing web app, currently operating on Salesforce infrastructure, on Salesforce Mobile Publisher in order to distribute as a private invite-only mobile app via IOS and Android App Stores and to gain in-app and push notification functionality to more seamlessly engage participating LunaYou Mamas.
LunaYou has developed and deployed a mobile web app (Minimum Viable Product) built on the Salesforce platform. The highest development priority on our LunaYou Product Roadmap is to load the existing web app into Salesforce Mobile Publisher to gain in-app and push notification functionality and to distribute as a private invite-only mobile app in the IOS and Android App Stores to participating LunaYou Mamas.
The focus of this short-term project is on a mobile publisher development and deployment sprint. Upon successful completion of this sprint there are additional priority development sprints (Wellbeing Coaching, Wellbeing Dashboard, Mama’s Forum, Mama Needs a Minute Virtual Events) for which we will also need freelance product architect/project manager support. Subsequent projects will be scoped and contracted for separately and full-time employment may also be a possibility. In this role you will report to LunaYou’s CEO, Saul Kaplan.
Scope and Objectives: Mobile Publisher Development Sprint

- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- Enable new LunaYou Mamas to download the app and to enroll via private/invite-only links to the Play Store and App Store
- Enable push notifications to LunaYou Mamas
