With these facts, we have created  a cutting edge  platform to help women who are pregnant and up to 3 months postpartum focus on their wellbeing through a personalized dashboard, wellbeing coaching, and an embedded community.

As an important character to our story, LunaYou is looking for an enthusiastic Community Engagement Manager who is empathetic, organized, bilingual (English and Spanish), tech savvy, and a detailed team player who has excellent communication skills. Your primary focus will be to encourage and sustain participants’ engagement on the LunaYou platform in all aspects of LunaYou. As a Community Engagement Manager you will be responsible for overall participant engagement in LunaYou. 

You will:

  • Have responsibility for Mamas engagement on the LunaYou Platform:
    • Engage women on the LunaYou platform
    • Post and respond to comments in the Community Forum
    • Plan and organize “Mama Needs a Minute” Support Groups
  • Increase and evaluate engagement on our proprietary platform 
  • Communicate with women via text, phone, and on the platform
  • Assist in data collection i.e. surveys, calls 
  • Regularly update participant contact page and log all call information in (CRM) 
  • Reschedule Wellbeing calls if they are missed
  • Work with the Product Designer to suggest and plan improvements                                            
  • Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings

The ideal candidate will have a passion to serve diverse communities and possess strong bi-lingual skills in both English and Spanish. When a participant enters our program through the enrollment stage, the Community Engagement Manager will ensure that a participant is active in LunaYou and assist them in engaging with all components of the programing through text messaging, phone calls and digital engagement. This role reports to the LunaYou Experience Team Director.
