1. Make a list

Circle your top three people. If there are not three you’re comfortable with, that’s okay! Circle your top person.

  • Who can provide me support and encouragement?
  • Who can hold me accountable to my goals?
  • Who do I feel comfortable with?
  • Who has been through a similar experience?
  • Who has similar goals?

2. Determine how your circle can support you.

How can each specific person on my list help me? This could look like:

  • Childcare
  • Assistance with Shopping
  • Emotional Support
  • Household Work

3. How can I communicate what I need?

What is the best way for me to communicate with each of these people? This might look like:

  • Phone Call
  • Text
  • Letter
  • Meetings
